TransACE CV Illustration Signature Page is Gone

Illustrations for TransACE^® CV and TransACE^® CV NY are being simplified to show guaranteed values only. Non-guaranteed values will no longer be shown for TransACE CV. No signed illustrations will be required or allowed. Only quotes showing guaranteed figures can be used in the sale of a policy. A quote should be submitted to underwriting so that the policy can be issued correctly. 

Editorial note:  I called Transamerica on why there were no signature pages for a conversion illustration – TransACE CV – that I was working on for Scott Engle.  The Trans rep told me that they changed (simplified) the CV no-lapse guarantee illustration software to show only guaranteed values.  He told me that a signature page is only required when an illustration shows NON-guaranteed values.  If all the values shown are guaranteed, no signature page is needed.
