Mutual of Omaha – LTCi Modifications

The following adjustments will be made to Mutual and United of Omaha Long-term care insurance business:

• Suspension of Lifetime Benefit option.
• Suspension of Limited Pay options (excluding Flex to Age 85).
• Suspension of Multi-life sales.
• Compensation will be cut by 15% in most states.
• Mutual of Omaha will not be able to accommodate requests for Long Term Care compensation level changes until further notice.
